All Best Buys ate about the same. The only real difference is customer service. This one was top notch. The store was fairly crowded but we were waited on almost immediately. The Sam the person who helped us. We were looking for a smart watch. He showed us the options and gave us useful information to help us with our selection. Then he set it up for us and made sure we were comfortable with how to use it before we left the store. I'd say he went the extra mile. I'd definitely go back to this store for any future purchases.

I'm not a huge fan of Best Buy. My last visit, was at the very least and pleasant experience. The gentleman I worked with could have been a store manager. I say this because he was professional, Courteous, and without any question, he knew his stuff. The download time was painfully slow however that wasn't his fault. The Note 9 decided to perform an update in the middle of the transfer. As expected I paid a bit more than other retailers would have asked for, I was out of time and in my humble opinion, money well spent. Thanks to the young man who brought the s22 ultra up to speed for me. Greatly appreciated. Have a great day y'all! Call me

Went to look at laptops and told them what I needed it for and they set me up for the perfect laptop at a great price. Unfortunately I have to wait for it to ship to my house to actually use it to see if it works the way I need it to. I will update when I receive the laptop and put it through the tests. Update: Got the laptop the other day and it's amazing so far! I was able to have multile windows/tabs open and still get work done. Updates very fast and the app store is smooth. So far I love this laptop. My only downside is it doesn't have a separate number pad like on the bigger keyboards but I've gotten used to using the one Up top.

This is a pretty decent Best buy but then I only complaint is that the parking lot is small. But they don't overly bug you when you go in and let you shop and do what you need to do. They typically have a better stocking supply than than most of the Best buys at Nashville

Steven , No Bestbuy does not repair Playstation 2 consoles. If I were you I would connect Sony for this possibly repair instead.

I'm not sure about that. I believe you have to get those phones from Metro PCS since they are the carriers and service is provided through them.
If you meant phone replacement contract on your Moto phone. I would call Best Buy and ask them how to proceed with that.

Generally new phone purchases are the price of the phone and service throught that carrier over a 2 year period.
