Eric and Johnny were everything you would want a team to be. After they left I dropped my remote on my ceramic floor and could not get it to work. I called Eric's number to ask if I could drive into town for a new one. He told me not to worry that they would come back. They did and fixed it. Great guys.

My experience was with the employee whom I do not know work by installing a fixture on a pole , work looked safe and he knew what to do as oriffesional as it gets., BUT,,, THE fifteen minute doing the work doesn't justify the hour lonconversation with the owner, now while he stands there on the clock the Powerball is running for all members so good paycheck for an easy days work but he did do an excellent job five star rating

Eric and his partner installed my new propane gas stove. These gentlemen were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about propane. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Does blue ridge energy use herbicides on the power line right of way ??

Yes, we do when needed. The use of herbicide is cost effective and less invasive than mechanical trimming. It is selectively applied to tall woody species leaving behind weeds and grasses that will not interfere with lines. This selective clearing is also more useful to wildlife. The chemicals used leave no soil residual (meaning it doesn’t hinder the soil nor stay active in the soil) and only affects the plant it is applied to by entering through the leaves. The caution label applied to the chemicals we use indicates lower toxicity than most household cleaners (the same level as Pledge®) and is approved for use up to any water’s edge (though we chose to leave a buffer zone.) It also does not require a license to purchase which means it is safe for anyone to use.
