As a nurse who has worked with some amazing, knowledgeable and caring physicians throughout my career I can usually tell when there is a bad apple in the bunch. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Tristers and after seeing how he has been treated and “cared for” Dr. Trister is one of those bad apples or at the very least burnt out and overworked. The only way for you to get in touch with anyone in the office is by letting them know that you are going to file a complaint. He will suggest holistic approaches and ignore your complaints when the holistic approach is insufficient. He will refuse to refill a prescription (non opioid) and will make you jump through hoops just to get medication that he prescribed. Even CVS knows this office is a problem There are so many great doctors out there who are compassionate and active in their patients care DO NOT waste your time with this one .

I'd previously left a negative review but after resolving an issue with the office manager, I'd be happy to recommend this place to folks. My issue was only with scheduling, and it was fixed. The doctors are both very nice and take their time to thoughtfully address your needs.
