This is a very nice hotel and had probably the most spacious room that I have ever been in for a hotel. They offer a convenience area with candy, snacks, frozen meals, ice cream, adult beverages, regular beverages and some other necessities like medicine and chargers. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. The staff and service was great but there were some technical issues that slowed them down. That was not the staffs fault and hopefully corporate fixes it to help them help everyone better. No matter what, highly reccomend this place but it is on the higher end of the price scale.

Horrible. I accidentally spilled something in my room. Cleaned up the best I could without any cleaning supplies. Requested more towels for the next day was told I had to come get. Requested housekeepering clean in the morning due to the spill, I was told that wouldn't happen. Explained about the spill, then maybe. Next day I came back and nothing was done. The manager told me that their following CDC guidelines. I asked what about a Paying Customer request who has no cleaning supplies. She said sorry that's our policy. I was given garbage bags so I could put my trash outside the door for housekeepering every morning though 🤣.

Rooms are spacious, generally clean and up-to-date. However, 2 things on this recent stay....1. There were small ants climbing around the desk area in the room. I was trying to eat and it was a little unnerving. 2. If you want a HOT shower, skip this hotel. They must have the temp set to warm only. So if you like a hot and steamy shower in the morning, don't expect one, only a luke-warm one at best. I will consider other hotels if I stay in this area again.

The shower did not have good pressure because the valve on the tub fill part wouldn't close all the way. Great comfortable bed though.
