My manicure was impeccable thanks to Jenny! I made an appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour after that appointment but it was well worth the wait! The employees were so kind and friendly and the atmosphere was calm. Love the color scheme of the place. Great service and I’ll certainly be back!

I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isn't as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service
