Horrible experience and I’m just on Day 2 of dealing with this company. My vehicle was hit by someone insured with Travelers on 5/1/22. Well since I have had 2 claim reps and today they tell me I have to get my vehicle inspected by a location that does not have an appointment available until June 2022!!!! It is May 3rd, is there only ONE place in the entire Charlotte area that I can take my vehicle? I asked if I could go to a Chevy dealer because I have a Chevy truck and he said no. I will be calling to speak with management in the am, there is NO WAY I am waiting a month just to get my truck inspected.
