I love Harris Teeter for most of their products but their bakery sucks. Everything I have purchased there looks so good but is stale. They have burned me three times and I won’t be purchasing any bakery items there in the future.

Rude and unnecessary attitude. At 2:35 pm i went to customer service and asked the heavy set black woman at customer if i could speak to a store manager or co- manager? Her reply was " WHY!?" I replied in regards to any openings for overnight stocking. She replied " JUST GO APPLY ONLINE! (eye roll)" Im not sure who made her mad or if she just woke up on the wrong side of the bed but myself and the customer on a few steps over from looked at each like "oohkay?" So again rude and unnecessary attitude. I apologize if I triggered memories of past horrific customer service trauma for her!!

Pedal Faster

Prices are a bit steeper than places like FoodLion and there is no hand sanitizers after self-checkout like FoodLion. I guess I like FoodLion better but it’s a very nice grocery store regardless.

Can never get any meat from the deli. They want you to shop for an hour and come back or they ignore you. After I asked for help the deli associate told me she was too busy. Two other associates also ignored me at this time.
