Pretty small facility and can get crowded. Only one actual squat rack and limited free weights. Not including the smith machine and half rack the owner is referring to in his response. Will try to sign you to long contracts. Month-to-month memberships are more expensive than O2 fitness ($60/mo) and require a 30 day notice to cancel. I don’t mind paying a lot for fitness but the facility doesn’t have the features or equipment to justify the cost. An okay place if you want to run on a treadmill a couple times a week, but not if you are looking for more serious strength training.

The best gym in Raleigh! Absolutely love this place. If you are looking for a clean, safe gym and has the equipment you need, join! Joe the owner is hands on, in the gym daily. You cannot say that about most big box gyms (corporately owned) I like support small businesses, keep up the great job Anytime Fitness Raleigh.

It’s a nice place to do your workout but I tried to cancel my membership because I was moving out but they gave me some nonsense reasons. They never canceled my membership and kept charging me and I am not even going to that gym anymore. …Fatima, as stated previously with proper documentation of your move we would have canceled your contract. Failure to provide will prolong your intent to cancel, you were charged for the three months you were using the gym unfortunately then written off. As we do understand that people move to locations without AF we ask all members to provide the same information. Best of luck to you in your fitness journey.

Some places when you call them and tell them the reason for cancellation they will understand and cancel the membership but even though I called this place few times and explained my situation to them they still ended up charging me every month.
