Clean area, fast service and the good was great. Brisket was cut thick and the sauces they give you to try are all good. We had bread pudding for dessert which was good, but would've been better with ice cream. Fun environment and lots of TVs to watch whatever game is on.

Do NOT order for pickup. Not sure how dine-in is, but I was forced to pre-pay for what amounted to a kids meal. Ordered the chicken tender platter with extra white sauce. This is what I got. With one small cup of sauce. My sides amounted to most of the food. But if I had wanted that I would've ordered them instead and saved 60%. Anyway, go inside and make sure you get your money's worth.

Brunswick Stew is the best I’ve ever had along with the collard greens, sweet potato fries, and so much more! The meats are so tender and cooked perfectly! No place better to have BBQ and brisket in Suffolk!!! My family absolutely loves the food and service here! Keep up the great work Mason’s!! Highly recommend this place to all! Thank you for your wonderful and delicious food!!

Heading from Petersburg, we stopped @ Mason and OMG!! How about er'thang we ate was good!!! The chicken salad is delicious, the broccoli salad - delicious, the crab & artichoke dip - delicious, the string beans & collards..OMG...seasoned to perfection. Even the hush puppies and Mac & cheese were good... LOL!! LISA, LISA, LISA!!! WOW!! Thanks for a great lunch. See ya again soon.
