Veronica and Marissa man the front desk and are always pleasant, patient, and so helpful. My questions, they both try give the best answers, believe me my questions can be out there. With as much pain as I'm in 24-7 I am always Pleasantly shocked that Brittany O'Dea ALWAYS has me walking trying to remember why u had to come in. I even asked if she could come to my house daily, I even tried to bribe her with authentic Italian food, have catering business so I thought be a fair trade. Honestly I would getting the best out of this deal. I will always recommend Bay StatePT in Fall River.. Gratefully Louise Pelley

Just walked into this facility and the woman behind the counter asks me if I have mask like I'm supposed to know. Went back to my car to retrieve one and explained to her that i would have worn one if they had it posted outside their door which there is nothing. Post it outside prior to people coming in like every other business that requires a mask. Her response was this is still a medical facility. Even more the reason to have it posted. There are much better places to use than this. Try National Physical Therapy
