Colchester Commons is a 55 and older development with manufactured houses (in other words they were trailered) Nice community with a Clubhouse and pool. I do not live there, I am the building official.

We have some. They don't occur every month. We just had an end-of-summer picnic, and last year we had a Halloween picnic. If memory serves, we had something close to Thanksgiving as well.

How much is the total Lot Rent here?
