My rear derailleur cable snapped near the top of Greylock, and I was stuck in my lowest gear. Not a good predicament to be in! Luckily I was able to role mostly downhill to Berkshire Outfitters where they fixed my shifting (which turned out to be a bit more complicated than just a snapped cable). All very promptly and for a very reasonable price!! If Iived in the area I would be back for sure.

We wanted to cycle the Ashuwillticook trial and found this place just south of Adams on #8. Great service, good equipment and they are just 3 minutes off the trail. They had a well equiped retail store that covered everything from mountain bikes, fishing, kayaking and canoeing
