I use to support this ladies shop fully. But her arrogant attitude and rude ways are absolutely unprofessional. I was a frequent customer but she out of nowhere changes the prices and gets a attitude when I question her about it. Don't waste your time. Go to the pros that actually appreciate their customers

I made an appt at 2pm got there 2:05. This lady did not tell me it was no grace period I read it once I was already there. I had never there she didn’t tell me on the phone but somehow I was just suppose to know.My policy info is posted at the shop, on facebook and I post it repeatedly on IG and this his policy has been in place for years. If Im not mistaken I still did your hair and reconstructed the big parted areas in the front. You didnt mention that part, heck everyone knows about my policies at this point. Why did you sit and get serviced if you were so upset? Wow.
