I had a confirmed appointment at 10:30am by TSA. I arrived at 10:22am. I did not get in to start my appointment until 11:05. That was not a very professional or courteous way to begin the exam. Facilities seemed clean and nice. Dr and nurse were professional though.

If you try to get your DOT Medical Card I do not recommend this place, you will spend your money and your time, non top of that you will get stressed, they only extend your medical card for 1 year and if something goes wrong they will tell you one thing and then you come back it will be another, other medical services extend it for 2 years, I had bad experience with this clinic 0% recommended.

Staff was courteous throughout entire process. 2 stars because it should not have taken 45 minutes to call me back and have me pee in a cup, then another 5-10 to have a form ready to electronically sign. Fortunately I don’t live nearby and wasn’t sick so this is not somewhere I’d have gone were it not for a pre-employment drug test.

Its been 6 days since I took a drug screen screen and still. Havent received the results.
