Since moving to Monroe, we have gotten pizza delivered 3x's from here in the last month. Never a bad experience. Never a bad pizza. Awesome service!...Fantastic pizza!

My order was 20+ minutes late on a pick-up order, and the place wasn't busy at all. The food is always very good, but on this occasion it made the whole crew have to miss their lunch.

Placed a order online for 2 hours later. I get there. They tell me 10 more minutes which means they haven't made it yet. To add insult to injury a nice lady walk in ordered her food as I was waiting and guess what she got her food before mine. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting. As soon as the lady got her food I asked where is my pizza. And yup sitting in the hot box. Definitely going to have to go to another location that prides them selves on service. Jets is expensive to have and to have bad service. Uncalled for. Jets Management better start checking there locations. Or start losing customers. Take a page out of the Little Ceasars play book and book time frames to get your order.

Wow is all I have to say. I haven't had Jets in a very long time. It was soooooo good! Most definitely going to be going here vs anywhere else from now on.
