Worst experience at a McD's ever! I waited in line to get my food at the drive-thru for more than 20 minutes. When I got to the cashier's window, she was hunched over the register and didn't even look at me. Awful service. I won't be back.

Good service people are hard to find. Those that have true passion. I don't frequent as much as I did in my younger years but I still enjoy it time to time. I came here the other night in the drive thru. Stretch is the absolute best worker there is. She is extremely polite and very passionate. Ive known her for a very long time and she is always the same. Never seen her have a bad day. We talk like friends whenever I'm there. Even if just for a few minutes. Asks me how the job and family are. She is a class act. Been with the company since 1977 and at this store since 1988...wow. All i know is she better get a gold watch! She deserves it! Thank you Stretch for your awesome service and attitude. It goes a long way and brightens my day/ night when I'm on my way home.

Good question. Economizing.
Kaylia, I understand your concern with McDonald's staffing. I work at McDonald's at another location. Here's the narrative, McDonald's is known for their fast food but as of late they are becoming the other Walmart. What I mean is, the original owners of the business has moved on to retire or had passed away. The children or grandchildren of the original owners are running the business. Because of the children lack of struggle, they become entitled. With being entitled, they spend less on the business nickeling and diming to company to what you see today. In the 1990's, managers at fast food restaurants made around $70k. Today 30 years later, that same position pays $48k. With this move, most of the talent are moving on to much greener pastures with other companies. Thus leaving us the barrels of crabs who wouldn't even filled the shift leader position.
