Terrible time just picking up a script for amoxicillin. The woman took the order and said have a seat and they would call when ready. They never called me up. I asked and they said it was ready a while ago. Then had to wait in line for another 10inutes to actually pick it up. The worst customer service ever.

Terrible experience. Staff at this location are rude to customers, they will say anything to push you away. I was having issues for 20 minutes moving from one window to another until I saw two people in front of me toss whatever they were trying to buy and said "I'm outta here!" Meanwhile, two customers in the drive-through were arguing with the attendant. At that point, I decided I'm moving my prescriptions somewhere else. **Drive through average wait is 45-1 hour any day any time.

I don’t know what the problem is with this particular location. I’ve never experienced such a blatantly horrible retail location. I literally cannot get my stuff! Customer service is horrible. Final straw- I just left there without my prescription because I sat, the only car in line, at the drive up window for 8 minutes without being acknowledged. I usually go in and have a hard time getting service so I figured I would try the drive up. My script is ready and paid for and literally can’t get it! I’ll gladly stick to my old pharmacy across town to avoid this place. It is horrible. And previous reviews are right- some of the staff is so rude how they talk to people. I’m done. Just writing this to warn other people before they find themselves stuck!

Shannon should NOT be shoved in the face of your customers. She is constantly rude, ignorant and inconsiderate. On more than one occasion she was blatantly annoyed with having to do her job. I don't know if she hates CVS or just children special needs. Either way customer service is not something she seems familiar with. Today was her lucky day. Of course our script wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, so we got to wait another 15 minutes and inconvenience HER again at the drive up window. May Karma find you and your Ms. Shannon.
