I went for my order, I ordered I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru- a man came up to me 3 times asking me what my order was and a lady asked me “you still here?!” They didn’t get my order right and I didn’t get my money back , how is it fast food and I’m waiting more then 30 minutes for my food I still want my money back u guys have employees that are slow and don’t know how to order and the managers aren’t doing anything to help anyone

Each time I come to this BK I'm waiting at the speaker box for almost 20 minutes or more. This is supposed to be fast food, either move it to where 1 lane is closed should ensure there isn't a lot of cars waiting at both speaker boxes or just close down the drive thru. Another note asking cars to wait before moving to the 2nd window is not going to improve anything just bc you're store is short staffed. Accurate SOS numbers will show the owner or manager they need more people to run the store. They need to close down and train for 2 weeks so they become more proficient. Add an incentive for working there, engage with your employees, something, bc the moral and turnover is ridiculous. I ran a bk with just 2 to 3 people and I've never had a customer wait more than 10 min from time of entry to getting their food.
