Everyone was very kind and professional. Waiting time was minimal considering I just walked in and didn’t preregister.

I dont usually take the time to do these , but in the case for Con MD in Newburyport id like to say how many times my family have used this facility and it is a very Clean facility, Extremley friendly staff, exams are thorough , my son needed 31 stitches on his knee and they handled it so professionally and were praised by the ortho specialist when we followed up for the work on the knee! It will be my first choice for many situations ! Highly recommend.

Yes, you have to get there by 7:30 to wait in line. They'll open at 8 and then you go in and make an appt for later that day. By 8:30 they send everyone in line home as they've hit capacity for the day.
Takes about 24 hours for results, although they state up to 48 hours
Hi Deborah, most results for PCR testing are returned within 2-5 days.
Hi Shayna, unfortunately we are not able to offer the choice. The type of swab used will depend on available supplies and the type of test determined necessary by your ConvenientMD provider.
Stop by in the morning and you will get on the list for that day. They will give you a time to return to get the test. Very organized and staff very friendly.

Hi Lisa, thank you for your question. As an urgent care center we are focused on providing high quality episodic care for a broad scope of illnesses and injuries. Unfortunately, mental health and chronic care management is outside our scope of care as this often requires frequent follow up with a specialized provider.
