The Floor Shoppe did a great job. We had their two best installers finish ahead of schedule, cleaned up every evening and were genuinely nice guys. Alex and Andre are the best!

Our experience with the Floor Shoppe was 5 stars from the help we got from Angel in the show room to the professional way Rob and Chris handled the installation of our new floor. Would highly recommend the whole crew and would hire The Floor Shoppe again but we have no more floors to replace. Maybe in the future we'll move on to remodeling the bathrooms with them!

The guys came in and knocked the job off quicker than I would have guessed. Then they did a decent job of cleaning up afterwards. It was a nice bonus that then they scheduled a professional to come in and clean. There was one issue, but because they took care of it so quickly, I would be tempted to call it a positive. When they left the dishwasher wasn't leveled. I called right away and they had a guy out the next day. Without a doubt I would use them again.

Great question! It is always recommended to use a ammonia free cleaner on your laminate floors. You never want to use water as laminate is moisture sensitive. Our suggestions would be to take a micro fiber mop and spray an ammonia free laminate cleaner directly onto the pad. Our showroom carries these types of products if you are interested. Hope this answers your question!
