What happened to Dunkin Donuts having many varieties donuts? It was very disappointing to see such little choices and this was the third location I tried this day and it seems this is how they all are now. Guess they should change their name!

This place is decent and its nearby. I normally don't have any issues but today Im upset because I ordered an iced coffee and when I received it and taste it was disgusting. The sugar is just sitting at the bottom so I asked for it to be remade. I suggested using a little HOT water to help dissolve the sugar because I used to be a top barista so I know tips n tricks. This photo here is what was handed to me the second time. Im disappointed and mad I spent my hard earn cash on this trash.

staff is always great here. it can be a little difficult to get in and out when the intersection is busy, but otherwise this is one of my fave dunkin stores. my son and i went about an hour before close this evening and the staff member, tho busy, was super patient and friendly.
