Shout out to Tim, Tucker, Wyatt, Walt and John. They helped us so much on Saturday with a couple of big projects we are working for and all were super nice while doing it.

Unfortunately this store has not lived up to its standards like the other reviews. We have had problems not once but twice with this store. The first time we waited for a microwave for 3 weeks after being told it would be delivered 2 days after being ordered. With that being said decided to give the store another try considering it’s our closest location. We ordered a washer and dryer and was told by Lowes it was delivered today. Due to the models we bought they had to come from a wear house in Jacksonville, no biggie right? Well they failed to tell us that when we ordered that the delivery service was through a third party, not Lowes. They delivered our washer and dryer to another location that was not ours and we’re told that basically we have to wait and find out where it was delivered. After dealing with that situation for multiple hours, we are needing to be refunded and will have to wait another 4 days to get the washer and dryer that we ordered due to it having to come from the Jacksonville location. Overall the service is just a frustrating situation considering we’ve had issues not once but twice. I highly recommend not using Lowes for purchasing house appliances.
