No integrity. Just wants money

Appliance mart delivery team installed the cord on my stove and told me I had an issue with my outlet the same day and time of delivery as the stove was not reaching temperature. Mr. Gil a member of the delivery and installation team told me I need an electrician to fix the issue as there was nothing wrong with the unit I purchased and warranty would not cover it. Fast forward to me getting an electrician and the service electrician confirmed the plug was wired incorrectly onto the stove. I spoke to a supervisor and he had no remorse for the electrician bill I had to pay and actually found a way to make the teams installation fault my own personal problem. If there’s anyone to be disgusted with it’s the supervisor Ray overseeing the operation here. Be warned before you pay for delivery and allow Appliance Mart to install their merchandise in your home. You might just have a major water leak or a house fire if you think you can trust them.
