This was my first time trying out this dry cleaner after moving to the area. When I went to pick up my suit, their system showed that it had already been delivered to someone else before my order was even scheduled to be ready. Luckily, …I am very sorry about misunderstanding with your order, however if we misplaced or loose something we stand behind our mistake and replace garment for our customer. Print behind receipt paper is generic print which is behind all the dry cleaners receipt paper, because it is law to pay customer for replacing garment or 10x the cost of cleaning fees in case of ruin or missing garment. But running business on that note would cost us loosing customer. so, in the case of human error we do replace garment. I would like to offer you $20 in store credit and request you to give us one more chance to serve you. we have made some changes and we are trying to get better every day. Thank you :)
