I wish I had read the OWNER RESPONSES to these reviews. Everything you need to know can be found in the lack of accountability. In some cases, they even put it back in the customer/reviewer or deny the interaction occurred. Dear owners, no one is going out of their way to leave a false statement against your tiny country mailbox shop. Get real and stop making excuses.

They lie unnecessarily, it’s weird. Can’t really call what they offer customer service. Don’t do business with these people.

Great customer service! There always full of smiles and so very helpful when I need to drop off packages. Very clean too 🙂
