I usually have a good experience at Blue Agave...not so much this time. It wasn't that the food was bad, just that it was...wrong. I ordered three items on the "create your own combination" menu -- one crispy beef taco, one chicken enchilada, and one tamale. I got a tamale and a chicken tostada. This was after my server had carefully repeated my order to me. Well, to be honest, I wasn't all that hungry, so I just took what I got. It was fine -- not amazing, but by no means bad. Satisfying. But I wasn't asked if I wanted a dessert (I would probably have ordered one if asked -- I hadn't eaten as much as I'd expected to, after all) and they still charged me for the three items I'd ordered instead of the two I actually got. So this was really a two-star experience that I'm giving three stars because my other experiences here have always been better. UPDATE: my last experience there WAS better service-wise -- my server was great, very friendly and attentive. The food was a LITTLE disappointing. I had a jumbo chimichunga with shrimp and while the flavors were good, there was just too much sauce and cheese. It took away the crispiness of the shell and somewhat muted the flavor of the shrimp. So still a three star experience.

Try again. The food is great and they do a massive uber eats. Door dash etc business that pick up from the back door.

At Blue Agave, we require all customers to wear mask unless seated at a table. We also require all delivery services outside of our staff, to wait outside to help limit the amount of people we have coming in and out of the building to prevent the possibility of an outbreak. We are dedicated to the safety of our staff and most importantly our guest.
