What's the point of offering customers option to place an online order if the order won't be made until the customer gets there? I placed my breakfast order online at 10:15 because I realized I wasn't going to make the 10:30 cutoff. I get there and I'm told I missed the cutoff and that they don't make the order until the customer arrives because they don't want the food to be cold. Huh?? I would think Chick-fil-A has warmers to keep food warm... Disappointed as I was really looking forward to having a chicken biscuit since I hadn't had one in a really long time.

Lately our orders have missed something whether it be requested sauces or what we ordered to the drive thru customer service i.e. the rep missed the "grilled" ask, although the food is consistent in quality. Hopefully it's just been a streak of bad luck and the orders will be more attentively taken, prepared, and expedited.
