I rented here. When I left, I left the apartment cleaner then when I moved in. The owner/landlord (Gary Queen) tried to keep most of my security deposit. I had to get my attorney involved to get my deposit. Plus, Gary Queen is a slum lord. Her never fixed anything. When my washer broke instead of fixing it, Gary made me use the washer across the hall in a vacant unit. I would not suggest ANYONE rent or buy here. The walls are thin, you can here EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing, and I mean EVERYTHING!!! Avoid Victor Palms

Seems like most of your negative comments involve "dog" problems. I think they should definitely NOT allow dogs; then there would be NO problems. There are just as many prospective renters who prefer NO DOGS. Think about it!

I could not agree more the only thing worse than that are the people with the emotional support dogs I just left Tampa General you can smoke within a mile of that damn building but passed eight dogs on my way out that's BS
