I went to DiGiorgi for the whole package, roof, siding, windows, and gutters! There was some back and forth on the rot repair they did and I would recommend that you go over any rot work in the quote very carefully. Also make sure you itemize and list callouts for everything! I was very detailed and it benefitted me in the end. Though, they were still flexible on some changes and they were reasonably priced. All of the projects went very well and they did a great job! With a project this big there is always going to be some differences and issues to work through. But they were very attentive and helpful. Roofing - They did a great job, were quick, though could have cleaned up a bit better. Windows - Had a whole team of installers, did some damage to my inner wall during a rot repair (through fixed all of the damages), worked with me on the trim, and worked through all of my punch list items quickly. Siding - I liked the siding installer the best. They spent the time to do a superb job and included me on every step of the way. Gutters - I was pretty specific about the gutter placement but we worked through the challenges and it looks and works great! It was a bit odd that they delivered it so early but it all worked out in the end. Site prep and delivery - This was mostly ok. They delivered some equipment on my lawn and it took a while to fix the grass after they were done. Overall I am very happy with the end result! ***Note**** Don't get they siding insulation if you want to use your wifi outside in the yard.
