I been living here for 2 years. The staff will welcome you in with open arms. Bailey, Cobie, Gina, and Rhonda are all Extremely helpful. When a problem would arise they would have solutions within 24 hrs. In my opinion they have found a solution to the parking. Over all a great family experience. -Rustyboar1more (psn) 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Our family has moved in for about 4 month, and everything is great here. It's clean, with the best management team I ever have. Rhoda has helped us to make our move smoothly. And the maintenance team answered fast and satisfied our needs everytime. Arty, as one of the maintenance team, helped us out last week. He has been very nice to us and really good at his work. Also, another staff helped us a lot by repairing our drawer efficiently when we have just moved in. Sorry I forgot to ask for his name. Anyway, thank you all.

206 is a beautiful and small apartment complex that is close by to so many shopping centers. Cobie and Bailey were so nice and welcoming right when we walked in and to the very end of our tour. Pricing is going a little too high but we still loved the area!

I moved to 206 apartment recently and have enjoyed my stay so far. The complex is well maintained and clean. The folks at the leasing center have been very warm and welcoming. I also love the fact that the rock creek trail is right besides the complex which is a great perk to have.
