I was greeted and examined by, Dr. Richard Copely and his warm staff of assistant's. Tempest made my appointment, and the (Honey 🍯 Blonde girl - "99") ✔️ me in. The Carmel Queen 👑 who assisted me with the pre- screening was very patient. I received warm smile's from all staff present. Dr. Copely - friendly. Staff - Warm / Pleasant ✨. I liked the place except that they judged me for my clothes (I went walking in the hot Florida summer) and the first day I went I forgot my new card and I get the old card with me, so I told them I can come back the next day and pay for my glasses or that i can pay at the moment i pick up the glasses. So the next day I went and the person told me that someone deleted my order and put the glasses I wanted to buy back in the rack. At least the person remembered me and I placed my order again.

I came here to get my glasses tightened. They cracked both my lenses, and then told me that I have to pay $25 for new lenses that THEY broke. Do not come here.

Ok so we went to get my toddlers eyes get checked everyone was great super nice and Dr Copely was amazing. I came to this clinic and they took our insurance and since my daughter liked a specific glasses her first glasses ever she got what she wanted and paid over $230 dollars for it.. I called the office and I asked for the PD pupillary distance number that they measured for my daughter and yet they want to charge for that specific number given out. $25 dollars when we paid over $230 for a glasses . I needed this number so I could get a flexible glasses elsewhere for my daughter and now I can’t because I don’t have the PD number. It’s insane we spend money and still they take her measurements and can’t give it out without charging more. Unbelievable. I’m on military disability and money doesn’t come easily. My daughter now has one glasses but all I wanted was to have another one for her a flexible one that I couldn’t get the right color she wanted at this location.
