I’ve recently needed to see a urologist due to my PSA level was progressively going higher and higher. I immediately started doing my research and decided to try Dr. Ronay. From the very first phone call to their office until after my test results they were amazing. The office staff were efficient and extremely friendly but yet always professional. They made me feel like I meant something and that they really cared. When I finally got to see Dr. Ronay I realized why and how come his staff were amazing. He made me feel like I was his only patient, he took the time and effort to explain everything to me. I needed to have a biopsy done of my prostate. Needed to wait a week for the results. Long week to say the least. But Dr. Ronay made it his business to instruct his office staff to call me the day before my appointment to inform me that everything came back negative. They told me that they called me because they assumed that I was worried and anxious and that I could relax now... People care at this place. The Dr. cares and listens to your concerns. So if you looking for a urologist don’t hesitate to set up an appointment you won’t regret.
