Worst customer services. Won't pick up their dumpster and push out the date without notice. Would never recommend.

Driver did not want to drive down my driveway (laziness) waited until after bill was paid and showed up un notified to take the dumpster. Told us they could not service my property. Little do they know we would’ve gladly re located the dumpster on our property to accommodate their lazy drivers better. Was then told a supervisor would come out and talk to me in person and have not received even a phone call let alone a visit. These people do not care about their customers unless you’re a corporation. Take your hard earned money elsewhere there’s a dime a dozen waste services.

Paid my bill on time. Was very willing to relocate 2 yard dumpster to a more easier pick up for the driver. Driver decided to tell his supervisor my property was unsafe to service a dumpster because they did not want to drive down my driveway and would rather have dumpster as close to the street as possible. They waited for me to pay my bill then the next day sent someone without notifying me and took my dumpster. Told me it was an unsafe location for their trucks and driver. I was then told a supervisor would come out to my property to see in person if it was "un safe"...that was over 4 days ago I was told he'd be here on Monday it is now Tuesday with no response or anything. There's 100 other waste companies. This place does not deserve your hard earned money. Take it someplace where they care about keeping their customers.

I have had terrible service with them on more than one occasion. Today I caught someone on my surveillance pick up a orange bag to throw it into the truck and in the process they ripped the bag and just left it in the street. I wasn't home at the time.. so I couldn't go out and pick it up. I spoke with a women at 1:44pm today who told me they were going to have someone come back and get it. It's after 5:30pm and their business is closed and I came home to trash everywhere... no one came to pick it up.. like I was told. We never have 50lbs of trash in any bag, so I don't understand what the issue was and why they couldn't just pick up the trash from polluting the area. Your job is to literally pick up trash!

It's pushed one day due to holiday so mondays collection will be today Tuesday and Tuesday will be Wednesday and so on

Hey John first off did you get an interview and if so who did you talk too right now roll off is slow cause of the winter months. But soon will be picking up. But mostly they're looking for residential drivers I. Have yet to see a new hire go to roll off they mostly go to resi which isn't a bad gig you can go to cities and towns with prevailing wage making upwards to $30 dollars an hour with over time at time and a half. So check back with. Republic cause i know they are looking for drivers. And P.S I'm a driver not management
