Kristen is an excellent instructor who pays attention to detail and form. She's also very intuitive and as a teacher assists in many ways that go beyond yoga. I always leave feeling good, stronger and positive. I highly recommend Rebirth for yoga instruction.

The best yoga studio I've been to! Kristen (the owner) steers the ship with such compassion and grace. She goes out of her way to make you feel part of the family. They have a variety of classes. All of the instructors are kind and patient. Always making you feel comfortable. Check it out! :)

No, sorry we are just doing classes in the studio with masks and 6ft apart. Sometimes we do Full Moon Sunset Beach Yoga, but they are only about once every 3 months as a special event!
