The server was very kind and helpful. Food was great. Their location doesn't look like much currently, mostly due to the neighborhood but it's definitely worth stopping by for a meal.

Always delicious! Their hummus is the best! My go to is the gyro plate but I haven’t had a bad meal yet and have been visiting for years.

Today I ordered 2 servings of plain gyro meat to go. The server asked if I wanted some sauce to go with it and I said yes. I then added that I did not want any lettuce. I told the server in the past I had had lettuce in my takeout orders. She assured me that the meat is cut from the rotating meat and nowhere near the lettuce. The order was completed quickly (the only reason I didn't give a 1) and I left the store to drive home. When I arrived I opened both containers and there was lettuce all over the bottom on both orders. She either didn't tell the chef or did not check the order before packaging it all up or both. It's my fault for not checking the order before leaving but it was not something difficult and based on her assurance there would be no lettuce I trusted her. If I go back (the food is good) I will definitely check my order before leaving the store.
