Zero Stars!!!!!! Horrible management, the morning manager is just so unprofessional. Never seen such bad customer service. How is the manager going to scream at me and not just that slammed the drive thru window at me. I’m a paying customer I’m not begging for something free, without customers she wouldn’t have a job. A job she does not deserve. Not sure why the regional manager has not done anything to correct this issue because apparently I’m not the only one she has done this to. Burger King you just lost another customer.

So I when to get breakfast I ordered a number 2 I told the lady if I can have the egg well Done.she said the beacon EGG and cheese biscuit didn’t come with EGG!!!Really.so I looked at the screen and I noticed she put a number 1 I told her I don’t want a number 1 I want a number 2 so she told me Look at the screen so I toke a picture of the screen saying a number 1 when I wanted. Number 2.So I paid her and once I got my order I opened it and it was a Croissant instead of a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit and I showed her the pic I toke of screen And she told me no this is what you ordered!!! I asked her what her name was and she said Madeleine that she was the general manager and she close the drive-thru window and walked off!!!

I worked at this place when all the patties were fresh off the grill. I asked for a Whopper OFF THE GRILL no pickles and extra mayo, had to tell the cashier three times off the grill don't mean out the plastic holding bin.

The drive thru’s speaker is not working well. I asked for 2 impossible burgers, I’m vegetarian. When I was ten minutes far from the bk and started to eat, I realized it was MEAT. So I ate only the bread with the vegetables because I was very hungry and going to another place far from there. When I comeback from the place, I went to bk and ask for the guy change the burgers. He just change 1. Whatever… I don’t recommend this unit.
