This place stresses me out. I'm clueless when buying electronics so I had a hard time getting what I wanted as I didnt know all the accessories and extras I would have needed to use the product in the way i expressed i intended to use it. I had hoped the experts would have advised me on buying what all I needed. Ended up having to buy a few things online.

This was, by far, the *best* customer service experience I have ever had at a Best Buy. Huge customer service shout-outs for Christian and Jessica -- Jessica walked me around the store to find things like she was my own personal shopper, and Christian did everything he could at the register to get me what I came in for. Both deserve raises.

Customer service execution/understanding at this Federal Way location is lacking severely. Went in to buy several items: laptop/2in1/both, stylus pen per compatibly, car phone charging mount, looked at a mini fridge....I have a list. Look at a few laptops, employees are busy, so I browse a bit, decide to grab a cart and a couple small items before heading back to laptops. I'm walking back and forth a good while so I park my (unwieldy) cart. Scanning codes to pull up specs, walking back and forth. Look over and my cart is gone. Walk back up to semi dramatically grab another cart and the two items I had already browsed for and still semi dramatically put the cart back where I had it previously, all so that they would for sure know I put it there and didn't abandon my cart, as they stated. I did accidentally knock a sign over, almost picked it up as I normally would, said forget it. I get told I need to leave the store. Fine, I had already half decided to not spend my money there. While being escorted out by an employee and security, I state that i was shopping and do I need to push the cart every foot I walk? The employee audibly pontificates about not understanding my "ideology on being upset" about it. I give him a thumbs up as I don't want to verbally abuse the man. He says,"Oh, you probably don't know what ideology means". How's this for your understanding of "ideology"? What's the logic behind the ideology of taking a cart of product from a customer who is shopping looking at product, within 20-30' of said cart, just so the customer has to go back and find those items again? What is the ideology of not helping a customer who is walking back and forth for an hour (love Google timeline) between several laptops looking at specs of product you are (hopefully?) trying to sell?(you know, how the company makes their money). What is the ideology of insulting a customer who employed theatrics (to get employee attention so my selected items+cart don't get taken again) looking to spend upwards of $*,***? Talk about not understanding what it means. Good job. *Thumbs up*

I bought a computer from them about two days ago. The price was right. But the gentleman sales representative said it was touch screen. When I got computer home it was not touch screen. For the price point will not take back

It's the worst thing in this store, its guarantees are rubbish, I do not recommend this store or that they pay for a guarantee of any product that is bought, it is the lowest and the most garbage that you can see, they are disgusting
Yes, typically need the receipt or the order number if purchased online
What do u want to know? U want to buy a tablet??? Best buy might have some good deal before school starts again
Yes they do go check it out
I just bought a new TV and I had them haul it off but I had to pay for them to do it other than that I would imagine anything else could be recycled. Last year I bought a washing machine and dryer from them and the same thing they hauled it off
My experience is that they are not fully staffed yet. I've called and after spending 20 min on hold, someone did pick up.
I've been there and agree, however if you go to the store itself you'll see how busy they are. Frankly answering the phone takes away from service for the people standing in line trying to purchase something!
When the store opens
They don't do instore phone repair
Yes
No I don't
I buy stuff online and return at store no problem. Especially if something is missing.
You can purchase a kindle by going into the store or by going online to bestbuy.com
Low cost not that I know of used no
No they dont, you'd have to go to a store that specialize in speakers and if they do woofer recone service.
Yep they probably have it
The only way to get any iPhone at Best Buy is to purchase it AND have the phone activated onto your wireless plan. The only phone carries we have in store are Verizon, At&t, and Sprint. These are the only 3 carriers that we can successfully activate the iPhone to an active plan. If you have any other wireless carrier for you mobile plan (i.e. T-Mobile, Xfinity mobile, Metro, Cricket, etc.) AND you wish to not purchase the iPhone from your mobile carrier, then you MUST go to an Apple store to purchase a completely unlocked iPhone. The only place you can purchase a completely unlocked iPhone is from the Apple store.
This is a Google page, not Best Buy. I searched at their website and nothing came up. Could try calling them direct.
Well I'm not from Washington so I really can't tell you how they system works but I know back home in Georgia they did. Best bet is to go in and ask brother.
An adapter will run you around $50 from best buy. I'd suggest Amazon for a cheaper alternative. You can get an hdmi to rca( red, yellow, white) for $11 or the s video cable for around $20.
Usually they just need your internet and establish a cell connection that way, many times your carrier will have one available. Not sure what selection Best buy would have
It's an item that they carry BUT the store itself may not have it in stock. You could order it online and have it shipped to the store though!
Google look on there website
If its above 50" there is a one time charge of $25
If it is still relatively new, take it back to bestbuy and they might look at it and try to troubleshoot ...and attempt to repair under warranty. If not, you might have either virus or aftermarket power supply might not be the correct spec as OEM spec; could be under powered (which is considered still safe) but if over powered, then it usually means your laptop could be literally fried ...and shut down. I hope that is not your case. If none of the above holds true for you, then reloading your OS will remedy most of on and off issue. Good luck.
Depends on the current offers and qualification requirements. I would check online or worth customer service for current requirements, rates and credit limits.
You have to call store
9 pm
No idea sorry
You should ask Best Buy, not maps.
