Absolute worst. Delivery drivers were rude. We paid all their nickel dimes fees - and somehow overlooked $10 setup. So they refused to setup washer/dryer. When I called company, they had ZERO interest in customer satisfaction. Now I will need to pay someone an extra $150 to come do setup. It's not worth the minor savings. Just buy at a big -box store. Ugh!!! NOTE that even the 'owner's REPLY is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead of phoning me immediately to remedy the situation - READ: send someone to do the set-up, - their response is a worthless "sorry about that". Translation: we really don't care enough to fix it!!! Run, run, run as fast as you can from this company!

The store was filthy , nasty not much there the workers sitting on there butts they did say hi but that was it. it took 5 minutes and I was out mabie instead of sitting around they should clean. I didn't even want to give them one star
