I spend about $8.00 a week, but I'm a single person and I hand wash some stuff over the week. So $8.00 covers the largest washing machine on a cold quick cycle and 24 minutes drying time in the small dryer.
They still have tanning, and I consider this location the cleanest !
I think it could yes, in the parallel parking area if enough space was available
