Not the type of place you call when you’re in a bind and out of oil. It’s never a “hold on let me see what I can do to help.” It’s always an automatic “no, we can’t do it.” They’re fine for your order ahead deliveries, but they close during tiny snow storms and don’t do emergency oil deliveries even if you’re a repeat business customer? 🤷‍♀️ Not entirely sure what their mission statement or business goal is here… but, they’re just not helpful.
