This Wendy's can't get its life together. Their kiosk is broken but they don't have a sign on it. They don't man their registers and when you ask for help they're more focused on their one car in the drive-through than the people inside. Way to waste people's time.

I sure hope after I write this if they allow me to attach a photograph. the Baconator it's supposed to have 6 slices of bacon. Mine legit had one total. They took one piece of bacon and put half on one Patty and half on the other Patty. I also asked for the bourbon barbecue sauce and it was literally a dab on it which I can't really complain about it because that dIoesn't actually come on the sandwich but the bacon is just unacceptable that is not a Baconator...it won't let me add a photo so please refer to my facebook review for photo as proof

Most of the staff is friendly, the second shift manager always goes above and beyond to get things done right which is what makes up for the couple of times they’ve gotten my order wrong. The reason for my rating is because I’ve ordered online for curbside pick up for lunch for the family and after waited over 15 minutes on a $60 order, I had to go in and grab the order myself. The girl at the counter was rather disinterested on being there and had a bit of an attitude with a couple of customers that got shorted on their order, she is rather young but that doesn’t excuse the the behavior, hopefully she gets better at customer service.

Never once has my order been right when gong through the drive-thru. Super frustrating! I'm sure it's not an easy job, but come on. Plain cheese burger and I get something with onion rings 🤮. Just an example. Oh well. Not going back! Kids prefer McDonald's anyway.
