I’ve had my 2021 Nissan since November last year brand-new car. I’ve been going to this car wash almost every single day to wash my car and as the weather is getting warmer, I decided I’m gonna dry my car and I noticed there’s a bunch of scratches all over my car on both sides going from the front to the back. I’ve called corporate office and I was given one option to bring my car from Worcester to Springfield so they can buff and wax it but according to other places I was told that you cannot buff and wax the rubber. I’ve been calling them back and no one‘s calling me back. I need everybody to be aware of this and look at their cars. I have stopped a few cars that come out of the car wash and they weren’t even aware that they had the scratches either

Depending on the worker....for example, there is a guy on Grove st that is amazing and than there is also a guy that is SO slow and does NOT do his job, at all, he is way too busy on his phone and clearly does not want to be bothered to do …Thank you for your review.
