After enjoying some memorable and delicious meals here, my recent order I’ll describe as tragic and utterly disappointing. I had my wife stop to pick up an order of food for dinner last night. I usually love the food, so I ordered almost $60 worth to reheat for the following days lunches and dinners. Firstly, I was surprised to find out that when you order a meal which includes two side that Mac n cheese is “no longer a ‘regular’ side”. To get Mac n cheese as a side an additional $1.50 is charged. My thought, “either it’s a side or it isn’t.” There are ways to absorb the cost of food without having a surcharge on certain sides. Then my wife got home from her 30-minute drive to find out my credit card was charged for a chicken sandwich which they forgot to put in the bag. Right after that I discovered that my box of shrimp was nothing more than scrapings from the bottom of the fry basket. Honestly, there was about 5-6 very over fried, chewy, stale shrimp, and the rest were burnt shrimp pieces, pieces of fried batter, and who knows what. It wasn’t shrimp. To make my experience even worse, I tried to call the restaurant to complain and couldn’t get through - AT ALL! I might give this branch one more try as we have no other Popeyes in the area. The chicken, over-priced sides, and the apple pies were good but the rest was ridiculous. I may just have to go back to KFC. I try to be patient with an occasional mess up but this was “above and beyond” normal mess ups. At the least, if you order take out, drive-thru, or to go, take the time to pull over or go to an empty table and check everything in your order.

I loved Popeyes when it first opened on Park Ave, the service was good and so was the food. The last couple times however were just awful. Yesterday I went and the rudest kid served me. Totally incoherent, rude, snatched my money and literally threw my food at me. Food was almost inedible and ended up getting tossed. Fries just thrown into the bag. Food made me sick. Not sure what's going on here but please stop hiring lazy punks to work there and maybe I'd be back. Oh and this location is filthy! Shame on the management and franchise owner

It's fine except you have to wait to get certain things on the menu. The blackened chicken specifically is made to order so no matter when you go in or through the drive thru, you have to wait atleast 10 mins. Other Popeyes locations don't have this issue.

Awesome food, horrible service, tried to get drive thru at 10:50am due to the OPEN sign and was told to come back at 11:15ish?!? Just wanted yummy chicken.
