Had mail held because we were away. Needed to com home early. Couldn’t change the re-start of delivery on website. Called East Longmeadow Post office. Spoke to- not sure of name— Michelle or Lisa?—immediately answered phone and said “no problem, I will let your carrier know” . How so “ old world” and nice👍😊

Every time I put mail with the flag up it never gets picked up. We have three mailboxes together also. He put two piece of mail into the mailbox but didn’t take our mail. This has been going on for months and months and month. I alway received someone’s mail drive to post office . Next day mail I gave them was back in the my mailbox. This happened 3 times. Also was wondering how they had done that 3xs. Not happy at all

Constantly getting other people mail. The mail carriers need to pay attention because their sensitive material that gets delivered to your house and if it goes to the wrong house that’s how identity theft starts. If they can’t read English then they shouldn’t have a job for the US Postal Service because a majority of the homes in East Longmeadow and East Forest Park do speak and write in the English language

You can either head to the physical post office to request a form to fill out our else you can head over to http://usps.com/move and do it online.
Not in post offices but most local banks and credit unions are offering free notary services
If it can be mailed by Air Mail (some items can't) USPS can do that service.
