Called in my order at 11am on Sunday morning. The phone rang about 15 times before it was answered in a rude and unprofessional manner. I ordered my two bagel sandwiches. Was told it would be about 30 minutes before it would be ready. Hung up on me. Never took my name or telephone number. I should have followed my gut and cancelled order. But went to pick up instead. I get there they act surprised I am not Jerome the only name the had a order for. I ask if they have any BBQ chips i didn’t see any out, the cashier was VERY put out she had to go look and see if they had any. They didn’t. We pay for our bagels and go to walk out and i decide to check the two boxes, where our order was wrong. We take back to counter and they tried to tell us we ordered our sandwiches that way. Ummmmm no no we didn’t . My turkey sandwich had ONE slice of turkey. I used to use this establishment for my personal and business needs. I will now travel the extra mile to take my business elsewhere.

I'm a professional delivery driver, with years of experience, and very good ratings. I can't accept orders from Daily Bagel because their fulfillment is inefficient, and often inaccurate. Slow deliveries that are incorrect create bad ratings, and that can effect what orders are available to a driver, and of course result in reduced tipping. Management is basically confrontational, and has no interest in communicating... aside from "telling you how it is". I feel sorry for the suffering staff here, and as they get it from above, they dish it out to those below. I wish the management would try to be more aware of the realities that drivers have to deal with, as well as their customers & staff... of course. The poor ratings left here are no accident, it's what happens when the people at the top are unwilling to be even slightly introspective. I will never intentionally accept another delivery from Daily Bagel.

Just microwaved meat and egg sandwiches, save your money and buy a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich... it will be better quality. Their microwave doesn't even fully thaw the meat while the edge is scalding. Also pretty rude service, if you don't know precisely what you want staff is impatient meanwhile you are expected to wait till they feel like acknowledging you while they accept 5 online orders.

This used to be the best bagel shop in town. I can only imagine ownership has changed. Bagels are soft, bready and no better than grocery store fare. NOT the same quality as before, unfortunately. Toppings are skimpy and also lower quality. …
