I am a very grateful and happy client and cannot say enough positive things about the professionalism and responsiveness of the owner Jay and the cleaning team and his pro-cleaners Tony and Michelle and their team. We had nothing less than a rough couple of weeks and found ourselves in need of extensive soot removal from our home. Jay quickly came by and assessed the situation, came up with a plan and strategy and worked directly with our insurance company. He had a dumpster at our house the next day and a cleaning crew ready to go after that. The team moved quickly and efficiently, always friendly and professional while working around us so as not to impede in our daily routine with kids and pets and work. They handled everything with the utmost respect and were incredibly detail oriented and clearly knowledgeable and experienced in their field and it showed. The family and I grew fond of them over the two weeks they were here and though I hope we never have another situation like this one again, we are so grateful for their time and care and effort they put in to make our home clean and safe for our family. They are a special team and put their all into what they do.

We were many miles away for the winter when we learned that a water leak had caused extensive damage back at our home. We called Servpro Plymouth and they were on site quickly with a report and pictures. Water on the floor. Much mold. We were heart sick. From mitigation through renovation the communication was constant and positive. On our return two months later they were in the last stages of repair. The guys on our job were excellent. Perfectionists. Servpro worked closely with our adjuster. We are excited to be back in our house. It looks great. Our punch list had just two minor items on it. Being so far away through all the anxiety was very hard. But our project managers Jay and Rob were always so positive and reassuring. Now, it seems like it never happened.

Tony and Michelle were excellent workers an cared about everything they were doing and cared about the owners property.I would highly recommed them to my family and friends .Tony and Michelle are excellent employees.The house they did was on Plymouth street in Pembroke. .
