Jugs always reminds me of that show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. The staff is always on top of their game and they're personable and fast. The food is way above average, comes out hot and tasty (fab burgers!) The best thing is that they consistently deliver - and they care that you like your food and that you are happy customer.

The entrance the employees use to get into the building is used for handicaped, all you have to do ask the hostess or bartender and they can show you to access the correct door
Yes call and and ask for Jason. He is the owner. He can answer your questions. People book the upstairs all the time. The food is great there also.
Reservations are not always needed but sometimes you want to so you can get in. I recommend you get there between 4:30-5:00 . The sooner the better otherwise a reservation.
