The location is beautiful and worth a thousand words. The service is great, missing one start only because of other issues related to parent company who owns it. The rooms are the worst part. While they look fancy and dandy, they are not fit in the slightest for more than two people. Even though they are advertised as such. It's clear the furnishings inside are bare minimum. The standard cabin has a shower larger than the kitchen, which only has a mini fridge for a space said to fit 4 people. Would much prefer having a full sized fridge to a shower that could easily fit 4-6 inside it. If you are just two people though, this is really a spectacular location. Definitely get more than one cabin for larger parties.

Stairs to everywhere! No maintenance help after 4pm, and our air conditioning unit wasn't working! Got locked out of our cabin and had to wait for a front desk person to show up for 20 minutes. Then she chastised me for locking myself out.

Wonderful location! Stayed this time in the 1BR units. Very clean, hottub was great. Not the usual full Worldmark layout but they explain that and what it has was well kept. Manager was very friendly and got 8s checked in quickly.

Much more private than most WorldMark resorts, with private hot tubs for each unit. Only the largest units have more than a kitchenette, but they are sufficient. Deer Harbor is beautiful and quaint, but there aren't businesses there. The island is covered by amazing hiking trails and you can find amazing vistas of the whole sound from some of the peaks. We never found a good spot for sunset views though. Definitely worth the travel and ferry expenses.

The pizza place bordering the resort, Island Pie I think is the name, opened on April 4, and they're open until 11pm. Otherwise, it sounds like May before the others nearby open. Eastsound is the town 15-20 min away that has many places for food. Island Skillet is great for breakfast! And the White Horse Pub was good for late eats. Madrona a little more expensive but had a fantastic dinner there. New Leaf Cafe was decent, loved the decor, but would recommend the Island Skillet over New Leaf.
No, WorldMark has a no pets policy.
We do have wifi. With limited cell reception, outside of T-Mobile, currently everyone uses the wifi to stream TV, movies and surf the internet so it slows things down. Fiber was just brought to this side of the Island near the resort and we are looking to upgrade down the road which would allow for faster speeds.
