Would put 0 if I could.. the type of place to watch your place blow up in smoke and do nothing about it... literally.. the Landlord is very rude and unhelpful in every situation unless it's rent.. he'll make sure to remind you of that always... Repairs needed in all apartments that stay undone and "unseen"... it's just ridiculous... Go across the street if you could

I don't know about section eight, they do have one beds, but they're all hard to come by bc it's full and been full for years.
