Poor phone customer service.

The oil change “included” tire rotation and they will “supposedly” check brakes. After 1.5 hrs, (the lift that they used was available for more than an hour) I saw them draining the oil from the car and never touch my tires. When I asked Mr. Preston he stated that I did not needed a rotation, I clearly stated that I needed a rotation because it has been 5k miles since the last rotation. He looked upset and told me “you have to wait”. My appointment was for 4pm and it was already 5:40p. I asked him for a manager and he told me he was not available. I grabbed a business card from the desk that provided info of store manager and I reminded him that the deal was a false advertisement, he had the nerves to throw my car keys at the counter and stated “you don’t have to pay”. I stated that I wanted to pay and Preston said no. Now I have to go to a different shop to make sure if they really change the oil filter. Stay away from this shop, ripping off people and horrible customer service, dishonest workers!

Dont go here, took my car for an oil change, checked a month later no oil change was made, they just did the restart button for the oil check. Never rotated tires. Unprofessional.
